Williams Portable Around the Pump Foam Proportioning System WATP-1500

Applications:

Williams Portable Around the Pump Foam Proportioning System is designed to turn any fire water pump into a foam producing device.

  • Operates against pump intake pressure up to approximately 33% pump discharge pressure. Example: pump discharge pressure of 150 psi (10.3 bar), intake pressure of 50 psi (3.4 bars). n Selectable proportioning rates between 0.25% and 6% suitable for municipal and industrial applications.
  • Proportions up to 4,000 gpm (15,140 Lpm) of foam solution at 1%.
  • Proportions up to 1,250 gpm (4,730 Lpm) of foam solution at 3%.
  • Proportions up to 625 gpm (2,360 Lpm) of foam solution at 6%.
  • Positive shut-off on metering valve.
  • Requires no maintenance.
  • Constructed with brass for durability.
  • Standard connections for easy setup:

– 1 1/2 in. (F)NST water inlet for jet pump motive flow.
– 2 1/2 in. (M)NST rich foam solution outlet.
– 2 in. (M)NPSH foam concentrate inlet.
– 2 in. (F)NPSH foam concentrate hose.
– 2 in. (M)NPT PVC foam stinger.
– A version with a 2 in. cam-lock fitting for the hose and stinger is also available.

*WILLIAMS FIRE & HAZARD CONTROL Pressure Reducing Valve (WPRV) suggested and is sold separately to ensure constant pumper intake pressure.
